5-Year Warranty Information
Warranty Duration We are pleased to offer a 5-year warranty on our products, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty covers watch movements, dials, hands, etc excluding leather straps, unless faulty.
Coverage Details The warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues with watch movements, dials, hands, etc excluding leather straps, unless faulty, during the warranty period.
Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our European service centre in Germany (address to be announced). Please ensure the item is securely packaged and insured, as we are not responsible for damage during transit.
Warranty Service Process If a manufacturing defect is identified upon inspection, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. The repaired or replacement item will be shipped back to the customer at our expense.
Exclusions The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Loss or theft of the watch
How to Claim To claim under this warranty:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a claim and receive shipping instructions.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- Ship the item to our service centre, adhering to the provided instructions.

- Warranty service may result in the replacement of parts or the entire watch. If the exact model is not available, a substitute of equal value and style will be provided.
